Wildlife Carers Group (WCG) 5-day Work Experience student, 4-8 July 2011, trained by WCG Founding President NORA PRESTON, checking contaminated kangaroo meat bought from Coles and Woolworths in Woden Plaza, ACT, for pet and human consumption. Test Result: 90% gram negative bacteria, 10% gram positive bacteria, plus fungi.

No matter where you buy kangaroo meat, butchers, grocery stores, etc, the end result will always be the same, kangaroo meat is unfit for human and pet consumption.
